Corporal Punishment. For or against?

you know they wonder why kids these days are so horrible, why teens and even younger are killing, getting pregnant, etc etc. I can answer you that. because america has banned us from punishing our children. now i don't think you should be beating as in hitting repeatedly(sp?) or punching anything like that, but damnit if your kid is misbehaving their darn lol.
