Why are my ringtones locked?

I get my ringtones (they're free) off of myxertones.com. When I got them off the internet they were unlocked (on the computer internet), but when I get them off my phone internet they're locked. But I also got a new phone. I had a LG CU500, but now I have a Blackjack II. Help me please!!!
