Is there any suggestion for coking chicken, like stew, roast etc.?

Before cooking chicken make sure you boil it at a hard boil for 20 minutes...this gets it done and takes off the fat....After you boil the chicken you could place the chicken in the stove for 15 minutes....after that put any kind of BBQ sauce on it....Also you could do an alfreado...or chicken fatitas....theres all kinds of stuff to do with chicken....
