I suffered from leg cramps at night and the doctor checked my potium level. I now eat a banana before I go to bed to help with the cramps. A bar of soap under the sheets will also prevent cramps. I don't know how it actually works but it does work. Another great thing that helps with the pain is to get some castor oil and heat it just a little and mage it into the area that is hurting.

Orange object/light low on horizon about 10pm Friday night?

Anybody know what this was or saw it? I'm in Stoke On Trent UK and it was in the western area. At first I thought it could have been a star or planet as there were some stars visible where it wasn't cloudy. But then I noticed how cloudy it was where this orange light was and thought it couldn't have been a star or planet as it couldn't through that much thick cloud. Looked perhaps abit bigger than Venus can look when its shining brightly but this was an orangey colour. Thinking it was a UFO. It just disappeared later (didn't see it go but it was there one minute and gone the next). There was no noise like a helicopter noise or anything and both me and my Mum saw it for about 15 mins ish. On my walk with my daughter today I keep wondering if the bad economy is actually good for us. My family is learning to save our money and appreciate what we have. I'm crocheting mittens scarves and socks... and cute little leg warmers for my daughter. I want to get pregnant. I stopped taking bc pills around July 15. I had my AF early because of this. It was on July 27-30, instead of Aug 5. You fill it with water and let it come to the boil, while your waiting chop your vegies and prepare your meat when it boils add your ingredients and bring it to the boil again. when it boils put it on low and keep the lid on. stir occasionally just to make sure its not sticking and to keep everything mixed. It doesnt matter how long you cook it, at least an hour is usually the best idea, by that time any of your eat should be cooked. however this hour is measured from when you turn the heat down. te longer you cook it obviously the thicker it will get and the meat will be softer and yummier as all the flavours will have been stewing for a long time. remember not to fill the pot with too much water as when you put your ingredients in the water will rise.

Help! Too much saliva during !?

I have been married to my husband for 1 year now. We are both 22. He is the only man I've ever been with, so I've not had much experience with things of a ual nature, but I did want to try spicing up our love life by trying to give him, well, , but I produce too much saliva...WAY too much when I try to perform oral. I've heard lots of saliva is a good thing, but I produce so much, I practically feel that I'm choking on it and by the time the "activity" is over, there is spit everywhere and it's not normal from what I've heard from my girlfriends and my husband, though he doesn't try to complain or make me feel badly, but it doesn't feel right to me either, I know I'm doing it wrong. I have been able to get the job done and make him climax, but all the saliva tends to be destracting and delays him. I had pretty everything given to me, but my folks raise me to be independent and do for myself, which I have been doing since day one. His ex girlfriend knows we are dating and that I been around the child, and I know he always do the best interest of his daughter. This past two weeks have been rough for us, he been a little distance from me know we ALWAYS talk to each other everyday morning or night, and see each other maybe 3 or 4 times out of the week. He says he is catching more feelings for me then he is suppose too, so he says that he needed some spaces, he says it is not me, and he wants something maybe later on day the line. Plymouth Neon sucks at accelerating?

Alright, so I realize that I do have a Plymouth Neon (aka: worst cars for maintenance), but what has been happening is over time I feel like my car is dragging. When I slow down to stop at a red light, I don't even have to use my breaks anymore because my car will just stop by itself. It sort of feels as if my emergency break is on, but it surely is not. It also won't accelerate, I found myself beet red as cars zipped past me shooting dirty looks while I could only go 60 in a 90 zone. I checked the oil and the transmission fuel, both are fine. Computer monitor doesnt display?

I recently built a computer from purchasing parts and putting old parts into a brand new tower i got. i bought a micro atx motherboard, new video card, ram, hard drive, ect. I hooked up everything properly and tower turns on, the monitor wont display anything though. I know i properly hooked all wires up right to the motherboard and that my parts are working, i didnt install my video card yet because i was going to run the computer with the onboard video it has already but it doesnt work, i tried puttin vid card in after and still no monitor display. The monitor works fine it displays on other computers ive tried. I heard that the problem might b comming from the motherboard and also heard it might b comming from the bios. Im not the best when it comes to computers, i know alot. but i am clueless at this point. Anyone know the problem as why am i not getting any display??

Will my Stargazer Lily spring back to life?

First, let me start off by stating that I have a black thumb. LOL My boyfriend and children gave me a Stargazer Lily for Mother's Day. I kept it inside and watered it every day. I fell at a party and got rugburn on top and under my eye area. After about a few days it started clearing up and went away. I did use neosporin and other things like aloe vera gel. OK on 05/29 I did a pregnancy test for a procedure (Ct Scan) I had to do with Iodine my test was negative. Well turns out I was pregnant because now I am 7 wks along. I did that test on 06/02 now IOm really worried because I don't know if Iodine is bad for baby, my doctor saids it should be OK but what does..Should be ok mean? Does anyone know if this can have a devastating effect later throughout my pregnancy, has anyone done this procedure while pregnant?

Uuum lets see, try this, ok remove all songs from your library in itunes but don't delete them of the computer. Put them in a folder or something. Now sync your ipod to the empty library, that should delete all the music from your ipod, now add all the songs that you want in your ipod into the itunes library, now sync it with the ipod. That should of done the trick.

I have had two miscarriages both at the very begining of the 5th week. With both of those pregnancy's I experienced no pregnancy symptoms, and I didn't even get a positive pregnancy test until i was three days late for my period and the line was only very faint. I am now pregnant again and this time I was able to get a positive result 2 days before my expected period and the line gets darker every day. I have been getting my hcg checked at at 1 day late it was 91 then two days later it went up to 215 then 4 days after that it went up to 1954 and then 4 days after that it went up to 6373. The doc also said my progesterone was good. I am now 6.5 weeks pregnant and saw the heartbeat by a trans-l ultrasound. I have sore and have been felling a little nauseous but I haven't through up. Do you think that every thing will be okay this time or not?

I'm trying to intall a video card and the monitor won't respond.?

I installed a new card and I got it running and the computer was working fine. The power supply quit working (would boot up and then shut down). I put a whole other power supply into it and now the computer will run but I can't the old card or the new card to respond. The monitor won't pick up the card and it just says no signal. There isn't any on board video so I can't tell what it's doing. It is an AGP card so there is only one slot on the mother board. Any ideas?

Why do I have a curse with girls?

This has been an ongoing problem for me my entire life. I have this strange curse with girls and i cant figure out why i do. How do you succeed in losing weight and getting in shape when you have a spouse who actively works against you?

My husband won't drink milk unless it's 4%. He won't drink diet soda. He won't eat most green vegetables and won't let me put green beans in stew or soups.... He won't take a walk with me after dinner and doesn't encourage me in any way. He feels as though it's obvious that he supports me so he shouldn't have to say it. I feel like a recovering addict who has to go back and live in a crack house. I've tried talking to him and begging him and yelling at him and crying....nothing works. I don't buy the premise that we are causing the change in climate, but regardless of the cause, I have a theory on a possible solution and want some feedback. For me, the main scare of global warming is that sea ice in the Northern Hemisphere will melt, sending fresh water gushing into the sea. This water, being salt free, then messes with the salinity of the ocean and slows down the North Atlantic ocean current. This means the warm air does not travel with the current and subsequently Europe and North America are plunged into deep freeze. I know this is a very basic explanation, but adequate for my question. In many locations around the world there are desalination plants providing water for its cities. What happens to the salt that is removed? Could we not put this salt back into the North Atlantic, particularly around the ice caps, and restore the oceans salinity and thereby restoring the ocean current? Any thoughts?

Questions about a Charlie Horse?

Friday morning we were gonna do either paintball combat or a flag football event at piedmont park and finish at noon before it gets really hot. the birdal party has rehearsal at 3pm at the hotel for an hour. then I wanted to have an all white affair that friday night. I have a low budget but was thinking everyone could wear white that's with us and we could all go to a club, but to reserve vip is $750 and up! so if I don't rent vip does it make any sense to do all white.I thought about having a mix and mingle for all our friends to talk and meet eachother inside a suite at the hotel before we leave for the club, mayby starting at 6pm serving finger foods and drinks? that way we can all take pictures etc. with our all white on, and then head to the club. the the weddiing is saturday evening at 5:45pm ending technicaly at 1am. but we were gonna depart a little early to head to the after party at dreamz atl which is open until 5am. of course we wouldnt stay that long. sunday were having a farewell brunch or lunch for those leaving. and alot of people aren't leaving until monday afternoon. we have over 100 people coming from out of town and just wanna spend alot of time with them and show them a good time. this is the first and last time all these people family and friends will be in the same place at the same time for us, so we wanna make it memorable. please give me your ideas! im really stuck on what to do about the all white affair...should we have the mix and mingle? if so where? should we do the all white affair? if so do we go to the club with us just wearing it or have it somewhere else? remember we have limited funds...lol.

Dog throwing up/diarrhea PLEASE HELP?

i have a 8 year old er spaniel named buddy and for the past 3 days he has been throwing up yellow/foamy and has had diarrhea. for the last few years he has what i would describe as random seizures a few times a month, although the vet said that they went seizure's because he didn't lose control of his vowels and all of his blood work came up fine. he has about 5 random lumps on his body also. we don't have the money for another vet trip. if you have any idea of what is wrong or any medication i could give him to help his diarriea/throw up pleaseeePLEASEEE help !
