I got my BFP yesterday....but will I miscarry?

Congrats on your pregnancy, fingers crossed it will all work out for you. I have one healty little 5yr old girl, have had 4 miscarriages in the past 2 years, i am currently 13weeks pregnant now and everything is going fine. My doctor prescribed me baby asprin at 7 weeks and i have to take one a day untill i am 36weeks. It seems to be working for me so far. So i hope this time round things will be great for you. I dont think you should take any progesterone unless its under your doctors orders, you might do more harm than good
