Just because Obama came into office does not mean that all the previous agreements, arrangements, exemptions, waivers, permits and lack of regulation promoted by the Bush administration went out the window. New presidents don't always know where and how fast they need to clean house once in office. You guys seem to think that once Bush left your TV set, nothing he did in the prior 8 years had any effect on the country. You do know that decisions can have long-ranging consequences, right?
