Do you think I will have a normal pregnancy this time?

I have had two miscarriages both at the very begining of the 5th week. With both of those pregnancy's I experienced no pregnancy symptoms, and I didn't even get a positive pregnancy test until i was three days late for my period and the line was only very faint. I am now pregnant again and this time I was able to get a positive result 2 days before my expected period and the line gets darker every day. I have been getting my hcg checked at at 1 day late it was 91 then two days later it went up to 215 then 4 days after that it went up to 1954 and then 4 days after that it went up to 6373. The doc also said my progesterone was good. I am now 6.5 weeks pregnant and saw the heartbeat by a trans-l ultrasound. I have sore and have been felling a little nauseous but I haven't through up. Do you think that every thing will be okay this time or not?
