I am trying to lose weight and I am doing the Billy Blanks program on kickboxing, Exercise TV Demand I do kickboxing, cardio or dancing it depends and AirClimber. I am planning to do on the mornings and on nights. If I do this two times a day for 2 hours, how much weight I will lose for a week and in total one month, by the way I am doing a diet on Physician's Weight Loss Center program they gave me the food they have and I eat apples for snack and sometimes I eat a snack on their program? Thanks.
