How important is a regular, satisfying life in a relationship?

We do not live together. We see each other once a week. He is rarely interested in having . And when we do, it is either very boring (no connection) or he stops entirely because of a cramp, or its dry , or he needs to get a drink...The last time we actually had decent was in June. When I bring this up, he acts like its not a big deal. I feel that after 4 years, this is a BIG DEAL. It has always been like this, too. He doesn't kiss or do oral. He is 35 but has spent most of his life with "Rosie Palmer" and . He still engages in . So, I think I am fighting a losing battle and want to move on. I have never, ever been in this situation before so I know it is not me. What do I do? Its like we are just good friends instead of a couple.
