How should I plan my pre wedding wedding events????HELP!!!?

I am getting married August 1st at the westin hotel in atlanta.we have about 60 people coming from jersey which is our hometown. we are planing events starting that thursday for our family and friends. so we were gonna have a informal rehearsal thursday at my parents home and have a rehearsal bbq immidiately after for out of town guest and bridal party. that night we are parting ways for the bachelor and bacherlorette parties. Friday morning we were gonna do either paintball combat or a flag football event at piedmont park and finish at noon before it gets really hot. the birdal party has rehearsal at 3pm at the hotel for an hour. then I wanted to have an all white affair that friday night. I have a low budget but was thinking everyone could wear white that's with us and we could all go to a club, but to reserve vip is $750 and up! so if I don't rent vip does it make any sense to do all white.I thought about having a mix and mingle for all our friends to talk and meet eachother inside a suite at the hotel before we leave for the club, mayby starting at 6pm serving finger foods and drinks? that way we can all take pictures etc. with our all white on, and then head to the club. the the weddiing is saturday evening at 5:45pm ending technicaly at 1am. but we were gonna depart a little early to head to the after party at dreamz atl which is open until 5am. of course we wouldnt stay that long. sunday were having a farewell brunch or lunch for those leaving. and alot of people aren't leaving until monday afternoon. we have over 100 people coming from out of town and just wanna spend alot of time with them and show them a good time. this is the first and last time all these people family and friends will be in the same place at the same time for us, so we wanna make it memorable. please give me your ideas! im really stuck on what to do about the all white affair...should we have the mix and mingle? if so where? should we do the all white affair? if so do we go to the club with us just wearing it or have it somewhere else? remember we have limited funds...lol.
