In the 90s, there was a music video of an R&B male group that had a military theme?

The soldier (presumably American) came home to his asian (I believe) wife and small child. All is happy, until he gets an envelope. When he shows her the envelope, she knows what does that means, and is upset by it. Then it shows them in happy moments. Then, him driving away, in tears, and the video fades to an end. I completely forgot the group's name and the song title, but I can't get the imagine of the video out of my head. Please help. Thanks in advance :-)
