Question about getting into running the 800m?

800 is one of those most challenging races in my book.. Run 5 days a week, and on two of those days do repeat 800. Start out with 2 or 3 800 meter runs all out, when you can get up to 8 to 10 you'll be a stud. Doing this is one of the quickest ways to get in shape... guaranteed.
