Sarah Palin praises Clinton after calling her a whiner?

I just read the story about Sarah Palin praising Hilary Clinton. Didn’t Palin say something along the line of that she felt kind of bad she couldn’t support a woman, but she didn’t like Clinton’s ‘whining’?
