They would be difficult to defeat because they are well spread out, and have influence in the Mexican government. We probably could if we put a large amount of troops into it, because the U.S milt is the most powerful in the world. We spend more on our milt than the rest of the world combined, so if we wanted to we possibly could, but it would drain our resources.
