Where do I go from here?

I met this girl at a house party 2 weeks back and we made out and I got her number. She was really cool, so I called her early the next week to see if she wanted to hang out on the weekend. She said she was busy with midterms, but that she would definitely be up for hanging out the following weekend. So I told her I’d call her in a week to set something up. I called her a little over a week later to see how she was doing and she didn’t pick up. I tried the following day, with no luck, and this time I left her a voicemail saying what's up and that I’d call her after the long weekend. Did that and still no response. Anyways, I’m wondering what I did wrong and where to go from here. Do I wait for her to respond? Send a text? I’m just really confused cause there seemed to be mutual interest.
